Focus on Gratitude - It's EVERYTHING

Throughout this journey, my primary intention and focus, will be on teaching and being an example of Gratitude - which is what I have come to experience is the most necessary ingredient in healthy relationships and lifestyles.

A regular practice of gratitude has profoundly changed my life and the lives of those I coach, in ways that truly feel magickal. Which is part of why, when you see this post, it is your first playwork (like homework) assignment is to write out a list of 10+ persons, places, or things you're genuinely grateful for - do that at least once per day, until the magick kicks in - then write down what happens. You'll amaze yourself, seriously!
